Best pavilion
The Belgium Pavilion represents 3 regions with an agency and the exhibitors from each one: Flanders investments and trades, Wallonia export and investment agency, hub.brussels.
Belgium has a reach architecture where modern details are organically implemented into classic architectural buildings. We wanted to show this on our Pavilion design: trellised vertical wooden strips visually make the walls appear higher and create the effect of the depth.
The pavilion has a modern and minimalistic look and feel. The trellised wood facade has a friendly welcoming appeal to it, in contrast with the shiny luxury surfaces popular in the designs.
Belgium Pavilion is made of high-quality materials. The same materials and structure are used for the whole duration of the contract (3 years, with 7 shows per year).
